Hi Reid,
I just did a quick Google search and noticed that a company called Luthiers Mercantile International stocks them. No idea who they are, how their prices compare, but they definitely stock them.
I've also noticed, over the years, that Ken Ratcliff from Silverangel mandolins uses them a lot. Perhaps get in touch with him and see where he gets them from?
Hope this helps,
Johnny
Unfortunately, it looks like LMII only lists the Allen Monteleone as in stock despite the Orrico picture also shown on the page.
I keep my eyes open for Orricos because I have one and really like it so I'm trying to decide whether to keep it when I sell the mando it's on. If I can't replace it I'll likely keep it.

Northfield F5S Amber #347 - 'Squeeze'
Mann EM-5 Hollow Body - Gimme Moore
Kentucky KM-270 - Not just for whisky

Epiphone Mandobird IV - Djangly
Cozart 8-string e-mando - El Ch(e)apo
Lanikai LB6-S Banjolele (tuned GDAE) - Plinky and the Brane
They do seem to have disappeared. I know Ken at Silverangel used to fit them as standard (I have one on mine), but recent examples have other tailpieces.
