    Default just researching

    Is there a place to buy clear pressure sensitive material that you can cut to cover a pinky spot on a mandolin, don't really like pick guards.

    Yes, you can buy clear adhesive laminate, but I'm not sure how it would react with the finish. I wouldn't use on varnish. Might be OK on nitro. It will probably leave a sticky mess if left on for a while.

    there's different kinds of clear vinyl, mylar or similar material guitar pickguards that work on static cling or "repositionable adhesive"
