Mandolin repair/setup in Cayman Islands?

I got an email from someone in the Cayman Islands with an old Brazilian flatback mandolin that she wants to restore before donating it to a museum. Looks like all it really needs is a bridge and strings; if it's going to a museum it needn't be fully restored to playable condition, I should think.

Anyone know of a technician in the Caymans or nearby who could help?

She might want to show it (or some good photos) to the museum first to see what they would like done, and if they want it.

Well, she sez the mandolin belonged to her grandma, a well-known (in the Caymans, anyway) musician who composed the Caymans' national anthem. So what's interesting about the mandolin is its provenance, not any intrinsic qualities it might have.
