I've had the music for "Sheba" for a few years. Now, doggone it, I'm learning it! Jim, your friend Ralf is amazing! Beautiful artistry!
Wonderful music! Here is our CONSORT version of Händel's "The Arrival of the Queen of Sheba".
Enjoy and best greetings, Alex.

This is one of those pieces that always make me happy when I hear them. Ralf plays it amazingly well! Simon Mayor has a good version too:
A Royal topic, to be sure!

Bravo, Alex! Good balance, clean articulation, good rhythm.
I just downloaded/bought a cover by Simon Mayor and Hilary James. GREAT!! And the mandobass that Hilary is holding on the cover photo--WANT!!
I have the music for this in B flat and in G. I've practiced both. I like the sound of B flat better, and contrary to what I feared, it's really not all that much more challenging in B flat than in G!
