I'd just look all over the web, see what private sellers on eBay are asking (and getting) and then look at all the shops that might have one in inventory. Everything fluctuates so much that there's no set answer. The classifieds here will also give you an idea. But an exact answer? almost impossible.

Where would you find such a thing? The case, I mean. You'd be looking for orphaned cases from instruments which have been destroyed or if people upgraded to a Calton, etc. Probably pretty few of those out there, right?
The Collings cases are made by TKL, the ones I've seen anyway, so if you broaden your search to include normal TKL A-style cases you'll probably have much better luck.
