    Thanks Barry

    Will definitely share.

Yes, it becomes harder to show both of the other mandolins love!

Thanks Barry. Will definitely share this.

It certainly becomes difficult to show all the instruments love.

I play the same places so often I am always looking for easy stuff to add to keep the repertoire fresh. I'm up to about 250 songs now (I play 75-80 in a day). I did that song last night and was surprised how well it was received. you can't always get what you want works well on mandola. the little piano run I do double stops to replicate. I restrung mine with light strings this week and find it much easier to play now.

what songs are you playing on yours?
Kala tenor ukulele, Mandobird, Godin A8, Dobro Mandolin, Gold Tone mandola, Gold Tone OM, S'oarsey mandocello, Gold Tone Irish tenor banjo, Gold Tone M bass, Taylor 214 CE Koa, La Patrie Concert CW, Fender Strat powered by Roland, Yamaha TRBX174 bass, Epiphone ES-339 with GK1

Then I play songs from SteeleySpan, Simon Art Garfunkel, Heart, Working on Battle of Evermore the version of Heart. Needs loads of perfecting! <smile> You sure have a repertoire going there!

Hello Pasha, I am so happy for you, and also a bit envious! You are quite a pair. Really -- Jeff Cowherd makes beautiful instruments and they sound exquisite! Your mandola is particularly stately. I would love to hear it. Have you given it a name? Dan

hi again Dan, Jeff Cowherd makes beautiful instruments!

If I ever get to the US again, I promise to bring her along and perhaps, who knows, maybe I can jam with some mandofriends. Not because I'm any good, merely for good fun!

Hi Dan, Many thanks for the kind words. I have a few videos of my playing on FB. Have just not mastered the art of dragging them over here. Will still get there. It is something about hovering on the link, a little tricky to do with speech.
