Here's a link to a video I did; it's my first so please overlook the quality.

Looks awesome Skip! I especially like the headstock grain and the quilting.
It looks like you used the same color finish on this as my #54? I love how on mine it looks almost like a dark Steffey kind of burst in certain low light and then out in the sun it pops out this really lovely red color that is what shows in the pictures mostly. Great stuff!

Sounds and looks perfect, Skip!
Thanks guys! Drew, it is the very same stain used on yours.
Ken, I'm putting varnish on the A model now. I strung up it the white it was a killer! Nice bell like treble and big fat bottom end. The A model has x-bracing and I put tone bars in the F. I've just started another F with x-bracing. I love the redwood! Thanks brother for the fine wood!!!
Great video Skip! I think it sounds pretty similar to mine as well.

Thanks again, guys! I really appreciate it!
Skip, you are without doubt one of the most supportive and complimentary people on the Mandolin Cafe when it comes to the works of your other builders and I admire you for that. The other thing I admire is the fact that your mandolins do not take a back seat to anyone else's (judging by photos) when it comes to their beauty. The subject mandolin of this thread is no exception.
May you be able to compliment others and build more for years to come.
