Thread: Cello Tailpiece - Luthiers Chattanooga

Question Cello Tailpiece - Luthiers Chattanooga

First, thanks for allowing me in the forum! I am an old man who is brand new to the world of music.

I have a Cello that needs a new tailpiece and after reading it seems there are quite a few things that can go wrong if I attempt this myself so I was hoping that someone might be able to point me toward someone in the Chattanooga/Hixson area who would be qualified to do the job correctly.

    Thanks very much in advance,

    Karlton

These can be ordered online. Do a Google search and you'll find lots of dealers.

Get in touch with Bob Chuckrow, pretty sure he could do it and if not he'd be able to let you know if any one else in the area could do it.

A quick Google search brings up Mountain Music in Chattanooga as a store that deals in violin familly instruments. If they sell them, they can probably fix them. If not they could probably point you in the right direction.
