    Default Leonora Mandolin

Does anybody have any comments on this mandolin: Ebay Leonora Mandolin

I'm not in the market, but I am curious. While the back of the peghead is nice-looking, the front is not (in my opinion). And I wonder how you get to the tuners for maintenance.

Other than the front of the peghead, I like its looks. I wonder how it sounds.

NFI, by the way. Just curious.

Stromberg-Voisinet (predecessor of Kay) manufacture, like this one Jake Wildwood listed at Antebellum Instruments.

This current thread by Mike Egerton links to an eBay listing of tuners that could match the unusual inlaid S-V models. These seem to be idiosyncratic to this one manufacturer, so snapping up any available could be a wise strategy.
