If it makes you feel any better, it's played regularly and is well cared for. Brentrup’s reputation is well deserved, wonderful instrument.

My main gigging instrument is a Brentrup. Hans and Maureen are both wonderful people and it has been my great pleasure to get to know them a little and be able to play one of Hans' great mandolins.

Here is the V8 I was lucky to own for a while a few years ago.

It was truly wonderful.

That's nice to hear.
I kick myself for not just the Eclipse I had but also the other 3 Brentrups I had at one time.
