I don't know if anyone has seen my big mandolin selloff over this past 24 hours. All 5 have sold, though still awaiting paypal payment on two. They were all for good prices since some sold in minutes!
The big question is, should I sell the last one? It's a 4 string Herb Taylor archtop mandolin.

It's really neat and bothers my hand less than 8 string mandolins, but I almost never play it. I have completely fallen in love with tenor guitars (and tenor banjos) as they suit my style and I can play for hours at a time with no hand pain. I'm thinking of offering it as a trade for a..... you guessed it, a tenor guitar! Do I need another one? No, I don't.
Anyway, what prompted me to sell off now is the soon to arrive custom Herb Taylor tenor archtop guitar Herb is shipping next week. I ordered it from him over a year ago, and am very excited to get it. Engleman spruce top, shedua back, sides and neck. Ebony fretboard. Oval hole. 21.25" scale length. I've been playing tons this year and this should only spur me on to play even more.
