Not in great shape by the looks. I'd worry about neck and top issues. It's unstrung and bridgeless ... fair chance that you string that up to tension and the top implodes.
Also lacking a tailpiece. Hunting around for a 1930s Tieri tailpiece might be a challenge unless you can find an alternative that will work.

By gum, I think those ARE two different instruments ... compare the E in Tieri on the two headstocks and they don't match.
I called on the one in the Classifieds and was informed that I was the third caller. Two very well known collectors were the first two.
