Melchior Borchgreving (Borchgrevinck) ca. 1570 – 1632 was a Dutch-Danish musician, composer, and court Kapellmeister at Roskilde, Denmark
These two dances for 5 voices, Paduana (Pavane) and Galliard would sound well played by a consort of brass and/or woodwind. Here they are transcribed for mandolin ensemble of 3 mandolins, Mandola and Guitar
Score and parts available on my web page. Also included is a Mandolin IV part, which is equivalent to the Mandola part, and a Bass part, which is equivalent to the Guitar part.
The notes are easy .... the timing and rhythms a lttle more tricky !!
