New Banjo--Last thing on my mind

Very rough clip of Tom Paxton's classic song. Pretty poor mix so watch your ears.

Someone was interested in the tone of my Pisgah Possum open back banjo. I'm not sure its fair to judge from me but here ya go. I use Garage Band and there is no setting for banjo and it didnt sound great with acoustic guitar setting so there are no effects on it here.

It came with worn in GHS PF 150 light strings (10-12-14-22-10). Recorded with AudixOM2 mic and Apogee Duet interface/preamp.

Lots of flubs here. I've only been playing banjo for a week and never even touched one before. Trying to learn basic chord shapes, G tuning and the clawhammer thing.

How in the world did you embed that. ?

OK this time I see a whole additional row of Icons are present under the usual icons. One of them is the SC icon. I could have sworn I'd seen that before and yet when I went to edit the post to embed, I swear that row didn't show up for some reason ?

Anyway, thanks !

PS: OK going back in by pushing "edit", that second row of icons with SC does not show up again. So I guess if you go to embed, you need to do it with the initial post because if you try to go back and embed through an edit, those icons aren't revealed.

I thought I was going nuts.
