Several in fact - but Capo, FretTester, TEFview, and Loopy are some of my favorites.

Other than this one? What more would I need? A tuner.
    Its not a backwards guitar.

If I miss one dayís practice, I notice it. If I miss two daysí practice, the critics notice it. If I miss three daysí practice, the public notices it.

Pitchlab is great! Spectrum analyzer, great tuner (synonymous for all notes or individually), and chord identifier!

I love the Is It Christmas app. It accurately tells you if today is Christmas day or not.

Yea I check it now and then during the year. I always check it on Christmas.

    2 apps I like:

Chord detect. - it will give you the chords for any song in your library or YouTube, and has a function to change the pitch and or tempo. It has mods for mandolin, guitar, banjo & uke

Tempo - simple interface to change tempo and pitch

Band in a Box was gonna cost more. Pick a key. Just drag and drop a chord progression, and modify your instruments. You can't save files with the free one.

Great suggestion! Just what I needed as my ancient "guitar buddy" machine just broke.

Anki or Brainscape will enable you to create digital flash cards that self sort based on level of difficulty and the amount of time since last practiced. This helps you to focus your practice on items that are the most in need of practice, and maintain your skills efficiently.

If you have items that need equal amounts of practice, you can use a randomizing app to make it more interesting.

Amazing Slow Downer for figuring out tunes.
iRealPro (as previously mentioned) for creating lead sheets.
Thanks to Curt Palm for the Chord Detect mention - that looks really useful!

I have a magnifying glass app. I just found it. It uses the phones camera and light. You can adjust the magnification up to 5X.

I got it for fun, but I use it all the time. Relevant to mandolinning its perfect for quick inspections of scars and scratches, fret wear, and string wear.
