    Default who built this? (RONO?)

Hello, this is my first post here, I've had this electric mandolin for about a year now. I got it from a hole in the wall music store in Denver. Their are no markings or signatures on it and it is really really well built. The bridge looks custom made, never seen one like it before. Being in colorado, their has been alot of suspicion it was made by the infamous RONO. My friend did some apprentice work with him back in the day and says it would have been a early one he built if he did build it. I've never seen one like this before and was wondering if anyone here recognizes it.

If it was built by the infamous Ron Oates you might find similar pictures in one of these threads:

I don't see much on it that's characteristic of Rono. Haven't seen him use the stop-bar tailpiece idea. Guessing it's by a guitar builder not accustomed to doing mandolins (note the dot at the 9th fret rather than the 10th).

good point!!! thats something that throws me off switching from acoustic to electric. didnt consider it being from a guitar builder.
