Hello !
If you want to manufacture your carbon mandoline at the house, you can look here. The site is in French (this is normal, since I am French!)

I have been following your work since you first posted on this site. I think you do some really amazing work. It is also very generous of you to share your hard work with everyone. Maybe one of these days I will have time to make one. Thanks again!

I really like the idea of a carbon fiber bowlback.
A carbon fiber bowl back...what an amazing idea! And maybe a carbon fiber case to go along with it, too. i would have to get one of those, even after downsizing to only one mandolin to play the heck out of.
Maybe the MAD guys will jump on this...or someone else would make a good, reasonably priced unit.
Thanks, JeffD
I'd be curious to see the price for such an instrument. Nice site though!

Thank you everybody !!
But you know, it is necessary to relativize. What can appear very difficult for you in the manufacturing of my instruments is only one application diverted of what I learned throughout my professional career. Therefore, the merit to do that is less.
Rob Zamites, you want the price ?
For the supplies, including complete upperworks, materials, fabrics, resin, and the additional products, approximately 500€ should be counted. For work, you can multiply your wages for one hour by approximately 200….
French often says "when one likes, one does not count… " I don't know a good translate for you, sorry !
happy mandolin play !!
