Default Isaac Eicher on electric mandola

Hello fellow jazz and mandolin enthusiasts! I'm very excited to share with you some recordings of my one-of-a-kind electric mandola. You may have seen a previous post by my father, Shelby Eicher, introducing this instrument which he designed. I have been gravitating toward the electric mandola for the past couple of years, seriously getting into it in the past year, and I have recorded several tunes with some great musicians in Tulsa, OK. I have studio quality tracks on sound cloud and then some videos on YouTube of a gig in Tulsa. Enjoy!

Can we see this instrument? Nice sounding though there is some feedback in the early parts of the soundclip.

I remember the clips of Shelby playing this instrument some while ago. Great stuff! I also bought the Mischievous Swing disc a month or so ago, and it is marvelous. No financial interest. Please keep up the great work!
All my life I wanted to be somebody, now I realize I should have been more specific.

    Rick,
Thanks for the nice words. I spend most of my time playing fiddle or acoustic mandola. I think Isaac does a nice job with it.
    Cheers,
    Shelby

In the first 20 seconds of the clip, I'm hearing some very low buzzing. Don't think it's my speakers, but who knows? It seems to go away after that.
