    Default Mandolin Magazine still around?

Just realized I haven't received an issue since last winter. I tried to go to the website, but received an error message (www.mandolinmagazine.com). Anybody know anything?
    Cheers,
    Dale

I paid in January for another year, but moved from working overseas back to the States. I emailed Ginny, but haven't heard back from her yet. It's good to hear you're still receiving issues. I'll just wait to hear what she says.

    I feel your pain Dale.
I have subscribed online 4 times in the last few years.
    No magazines. No feedback.
From what I've heard I'm far from the only one.
They may have had a lot more subscribers if their web site worked.

I have never had a response back from a email. I finally called and got a answer. I had ordered a subscription, waited for over a year for a issue to show up. She said she never charged my card, thus, no subscription. Seems like a odd way to do business. Kinda soured me from ordering again.

Mandolin Magazine is worth whatever trouble you have to go through to get it. My experience was not unlike Post # 10. I called and spoke with Ginny and the whole thing got sorted out. Patience and courtesy, with a slice of humor, goes a long way towards resolving problems.

As i said ..... well worth any trouble to get yourself hooked up.

When I pay someone to perform a service I expect the service to be performed, pretty simple, I'm weird like that I guess. I don't find that humorous and my patience wears thin quickly.
    Good luck to the OP.
This is my own personal experience, some people have had better luck then I have, it is a good magazine if you can get it.

I had similar experiences before and recently as well, regarding getting a back issue. No replies to voice messages, bunch of emails and then a fax pleading with her to reply, which may have done the trick in finally getting a response. Love the magazine, but yes, this is frustrating. I don't know for sure, but one gets a feeling she has a ton of other things going on and a backlog of unread emails that would scare even Rambo to death. Some days at my work, the Outlook inbox is chilling, but got to dig away at it, especially the customers. I have a solution for Ginny - get an intern (slave)!

I got a call from Ginny today. Looks like I'm back on the subscription list. I'm not going to worry about the how or why. Just glad to get my issues caught up. Thanks Mandolin Magazine!
    Cheers,

I have left messages for Ginny a couple of times over the past few weeks and have not heard back.Had the same experience years ago (started my subscription with issue #1) and don't like begging to give people money.

Anyone want to sell back issues from the past two years?
