Everett Lilly's "other" F4

Howdy everyone!
We all know about the Colonel's 1911 3-pointer F4, aka "the big mandolin"...
In some early photos (the 1948-1949 ones taken during the Lilly Brothers' tenure on WWVA) you see him holding what looks like a sunburst F4 (or F2).

Anyone knows the story behind this instrument, and where it might be now?
