Default Mando newb just bought a bowlback! Need an L.A. luthier.

Greetings! I picked up a mandolin for the first time 4 months ago and have been lurking around the cafe since then. First of all, thanks for all your good advice!

I guess I have early-onset MAS, because I just bought an old Stella bowlback from craigslist. Why? Because I love playing classical music on mandolin... and it was only $30! Now I have to get it into playable condition. It has the expected problems -- worn frets, old tuners, dust, etc. It also has a crack in the bowl in one of the seams.

I am not handy, so it's off to the luthier I go. Anyone know of someone in Los Angeles who can help me?

Here is a picture. So looking forward to playing it soon!
