Electric mandolin hardcase/flight case -hiscox or alternatives

Hi,
I recently got a Mann electric 5 string and have been looking for a case for it.
I have been looking at the hiscox pro II case but I am not sure if my Mann would fit, particularly the width of the lower body.
Anyone know of any alternatives or if that hiscox would suit.
I may possibly have a guy here in Ireland make a custom flight case for the instrument but I am investigating the cheaper options for now.

Welcome to the forum!

Casing many modern instruments seems to be a big problem. I don't know of any standard cases that would fit the bill for you, but if by flight case you mean one of those ultra-heavy duty cases that look like a steamer trunk with massive latches and metal sides, I'd say that would be a good way to go.

DIY any? re arrange the blocks in an electric Guitar case ,
and then you will win a lot of extra internal storage space.

& the huge guitar marketplace has some pretty cheap cases to play with.

Went the custom flight case route in the end.
