I just picked up my first mandolin from the post office a few hours ago and can already play this (just the easy version mind you) but its a brilliant vid & I absolutely love how he does the same song in a few different styles, its so inspiring and exciting.

Mike seems to be playing one of those mandolins with the extra notes . I looked for the extra-note guitars for years with no luck . That's why I turned to mandolin . 4 strings ...fewer notes right ? Its discouraging to find that now I'll need to look for an extra-note mandolin to play most of these songs . I went through this with Unicorns years ago . Think I'll take up the tambourine . ......
