    Default Mandoboppin

Like other CD's of Don Stiernberg, this really knocks me out. I really feel Stiernberg goes way beyond what most players do with the mandolin. A good man to listen to, and learn from.

    Hi WolfmanBob

Agreed. Don Stiernberg is great. Will try and purchase Mandoboppin' I always tease here on the café telling both Dons that they are great teachers.
Don Stiernberg taught me F# minor and D flat minor and a few other wonderful chord progressions. The still need practice, but I am feeling that they are coming along great.
I am very grateful to him.

Don Stiernberg ..... I can't say enough about his music and what a really fine fellow he is ... teacher .. player .. and purveyor of silly humor ...... he provided the guitar work on Jethro Burns final recordings, Bye Bye Blues and Swing Low Sweet Mandolin top flight playing........ Yeah Donnie !.......... R/
    I love hanging out with mandolin nerds . . . . . Thanks peeps ...
