Thread: F9 - Loar Specs?

    I know we've had a thread here about this, but I can't find it, so do any of you good folks know if the F9 is like all the Derrington-era Gibson F's, made to Loar Specs? I've got one on the way, and I'm just curious. Thanks for any helpful information. Frank

    Yes. The body is the same specs except the trim and finish. The fingerboard is shorter and unbound, but the critical mechanical items are the same.
