Hi Londy and other mandolineers
Photo to follow shortly. My Vanilla worships faithfully at my feet no matter the quality of the playing. Even sometimes brings her toy with a squeaker in it and tries to keep the beat. Very sweet. Will be away for a meeting back home Friday so hope to send the photy soon!

Beagles are awesome! I have a Basset, and when we got him, it was a toss up between him and a beagle. He was really scared of the mandolin at first, and guitar for that matter, but he's warming up to it. Now, if I sit on the couch to play, he hops on up there with me. I wish I could say it's because I play better!
LOL... now you have post a pic to show that!

Here's my Cohen A5, Abby (a.k.a. Banka Mundi), and, in the background, "Stinky."
I named that Collings, "Banka Mundi." Just uttering that name makes one fearless against wild beasts!

I'll have to add photo from my laptop. Phone photo keeps flipping!
I give up. I can't figure why the image gets flipped. . .

Here's my schnauzer, Charlie with my '23 A2. He usually howls when I start playing but calms down a bit after awhile. This was taken about 5 years ago but he looks about the same.

Obviously a good topic for a thread as this previous thread proves out. Man, dog and mandolin.
Time for an update since some of our four legged friends are not around any longer and some new ones may have been added.
