Default Sent This to Sam Bush

    Heya, Folks:

I'm looking forward to seeing Sam Bush and Ronnie McCourey tomorrow night in State College, PA. Sam's actually been promoting the five-day jaunt they are doing together, and on Facebook of all places. So, since he stepped into that realm, I decided to do what we do in social media. I replied, and offered my services if he needs me tomorrow night, lol.

Haha! I've always appreciated Sam's humor, especially his presidential campaign bit, running on the nothing platform, etc.

Still waiting to hear from him about joining him on stage tonight...

Hey cool! I have one of his instructional CD's - that tune is on my list to learn. Nice job!

Listen to original tune "When You Fly" by my old band The Kindreds

Yesss! The MT2 is continuing to delight.

I have been playing J75s recently, and I thought they would make the action rougher going, but it’s not the case. It’s actually woodier and more responsive. Sometimes is hard to digest just how much I enjoy the tone.

The concert was fantastic. Sam was as good as I’ve ever seen him, full of energy, creative as heck and having fun. Ronnie was good, but I was a bit perplexed by his band. The energy was missing, like it was a bit flat. I think some more mando features would help that.
