That's right you played it at the Compton workshop. Are you coming up next week to get your Ruhland? I'm gonna try to pop over that afternoon and see the new batch. Hope to see you

Yeah, that Heiden has it going on! I just talked to Matt a few minutes ago. Unfortunately, I can't get up there Tuesday for the official unveiling, but will head up Saturday the 21st most likely. I am excited! I will also be in town for Billy Strings the following week with the Ruhland in tow.

I blew it up in PhotoShop, and it goes to 12. That's one more, isn't it?

You are very generous to offer care giving . If you end up at Matt's next week feel free to give it a spin.

So kind of you Sir...i'm a gentle soul she would be in safe hands. In all seriousness, that entire batch of A5's just looks outstanding. Rumor as it the builder managed to keep one for himself finally! Good for you Matt, well deserved.

Now back to that Heiden dial, i didn't know you could even do that to a mandolin, curious.

You need a cream one, for when you want, well, creamier tone, and for a darker tone, get a black one.
