There was this thread from 2007 where someone asked the same question and got the same answer that I will give you. I thought that there was a Mel Bay book that had it in notation and tab but that is not true.
You can get it in notation here: Vivaldi Double Mandolin Concerto in G. I don't know of any version in tab.
BTW do you just want that movement in the video or the whole piece?

Want to play the classics?
Reading standard notation gains you access to a vast library of violin music.
Vivaldi's mandolin scores just the tip of the iceberg.

If you can find it in midi, you can convert it to Mandolin tab with TablEdit. However, I have to say that it's worth it to learn standard music notation--especially if you want to learn "classical" music. I found Joe Carr's book "Reading Standard Music Notation for Mandolin and Fiddle" useful.

I just need the movement in the video, thanks for the answer!
You might ask Brian Oberlin of the Oregon Mandolin Orchestra. I recall that he tabbed out one of the parts to at least one of the movements in order to play it as a duet with one of his orchestra members who reads only tab.
But on the whole, if you've got what it takes to learn to play this piece, then you've certainly got what it takes to learn to read music.
