    Smile #16 - Molly's A4 Piccolo Mandolin w/ Virzi

I just finished up my daughter's A4 piccolo mandolin (w/Virzi). I thought that I'd share with you all. It turned out pretty cool. Molly's only 5 months old, but she loves her mandolin.

What is it about Molly's playing style that made her want to choose a Virzi instrument?

Mike you are certainly talented! I would love to know how it sounds. Ever thought of an F5 Piccolo? It looks like Molly has noticed your D strings are not quite 440 in your first pic.

1.) The scale length is around 11". It's basically the fifth fret of a mandolin as the nut and taken from there.
