I'd be interested if it weren't for that back separation. What would be a good offer, given its' condition.

It needs a lot of work in my opinion... The back is illfitted or coming loose, the front is separating at the tailpiece I think. Crack in that area too. Certainly needs a refinish of the back and sides,,, if I am reading the photos correctly. It may also be a plywood version???
In my opinion $100 would be a fair offer considering needed work however since you will do the work yourself maybe $150 or even the asking price if you really want it and don't mind working on it. Frankly I enjoy working on them so much I might be interested except I go for them in much worse condition that that one. I buy the ones just this side of the garbage can.

I am a little confused by the photos.... the front appears to be separating from the side in the bottom near the tailpiece and there appear to be cracks running with the grain up the back. None of that would bother me but anyone who buys this has to anticipate taking the back off and doing some structural work inside. It looks like a very doable project. one thing nice is that the headstock with logo and decor seems to be in decent restorable condition. for whatever reason lots of these tend to be missing their pick guards.

If you can do the work yourself $150 if not $100. The neck may be pulling forward, the other problems will cost you money to fix. In great shape it's only worth $500 or so and this one isn't.

There are a couple more similar models on eBay right now which look like they will go a little over $100... probably not needing that much repair if any.
