    Default Vox Teardrop e-mando

Had to share this little gem by my friend Ani McNeice.

Ani uses a guitar makers workshop in Otley one day a week to create electric mandos, bouzoukis and she`s even built a violin bass replica! A VERY prolific part timer.

The Les Paul copy in my avatar has one of those 9th-fret markers, and I'm still making mistakes 'cuz of it.

I had Gary Vessell add a second dot to the markers on the binding at the 12th fret. I used to miss the 12th by one a lot.
Yes, those markers can be important!

Very cool. (Coincidentally, just the other day after seeing a pic of The English Beat, I thought "someone needs to make a Vox tear-drop-inspired emando".)

Pete - now that someone tackled a Vix teardrop-shaped emando, how about you or Ani trying one with the Vox mando-guitar body shape?

Well, Kingston did it and so did Mike Spicer.
