Well, from what I've heard, Mr. Wishnevsky does a little rougher work. I would figure a set up is needed on almost any new mandolin to get it where you want anyway. I mean no disrespect, of course, and have no hands on knowledge but am repeating what I have learned on the Cafe re: Wishnevsky mandocellos. They are on my wish list for sure as I won't likely spend the 2K for the Eastman.
