5 string gauges

Which do most of ya'll use, the light or normal gauge strings (5 string electric)??

Obviously, I purchase singles. These go on my Schwab with the slightly longer 14-1/2" scale.

I like a little heftier C string, so my solution for 5 string electric was to purchase a set of Thomastik Electric guitar, JS-110 (10, 14, 18w, 23, 33, 44) and just throw away the 18 (guitar G).
(I also prefer flatwounds.) #
If you like a roundwound string, you can do something similar with many light Electric guitar sets, disposing the G string.
