    Default good set up work in oklahoma

    hi i live near the oklahoma city area. could you recommend a good set up guy in that area. not many i know of that are known for mandolin setup. not many places to buy a mandolin around here. if not who would you recommend i send it to out of state.

    Ron of Honest Ron's Guitars will do a good job. He builds guitars and electric mandolins so he does understand them.

    John Hickman up in Guthrie at teh Double Stop Fiddle Shop is also quite capable.

    Look up Gary Price in OKC ( near OKC)....he did my first mando set-up....fast, good quality, nice gentelman.

    If you don't mind going to Tulsa, Rick Williams at Guitar House of Tulsa. Hell of a mandolin player as well as a great repair/setup guy...nice guy too.

    Anyone else in the Tulsa Area? I used Rick once 7 years ago. I'm looking for a more thourough setup. Does anyone have contact info for Gary Price in Jones,OK?
