Does anyone have the words to 'To Change Your Heart'? The song is on Carlene Carter's latest CD.

I'm having trouble making out the words to the first verse.

The verse starts with 'In black and white unspoken words' and ends with 'We’ll live apart the rest of our years.'

But, don't know what she's saying for the middle 2 lines.

    Thanks,

    Paula

    Would these be it?

Come to me I want you to be here close to me I always want you near
sacrifised, mezmorized can't you make you disappear

Never gonna live without you never gonna care without you change your
heart don't waste me never gonna live without you never gonna care
without you change your heart change your heart change your heart

suddenly what used to be my dream ceased to be I am trapped in reality and
I am... sacrifised, mesmorized cant just make you disappear

    Scotti,

Thanks but that must be a different song.

The chorus for this one is

What can I say to change your heart
Oh tell me in simple words
A ray of hope to light this storm
What can I say to change your heart

Got most of it but still can't get one word or phrase:

When black and white unspoken words
Are set in type and hard as stone
The terms agree, __ and stained by tears
We'll live apart the rest of our years

    Good luck.

    Thanks Landgrass!

Glad it's not just me having trouble understanding that.

Makes sense! Congrats. Boy, them southerners sure do talk funny! I'm live in Atlanta and still couldn't unnerstan 'er! That's really a nice tune by the way. I'd never heard it before.
