Just thought I'd show off what I'm working on. Its going to be a busy next couple days as I get them buffed, assembled and out the door. On the far right is my first 22" 8 string octave. The red body is awaiting a neck and will be raffled off at a festival in June.

Gee Andrew, the one on the left is GORGEOUS! Who's the lucky guy getting that one?

I'm lovin' that walnut beauty. Of course, that pickup rout makes the thing scream for a Novax fretboard!

    cheers,

They look great. I especially like the green one. Do you make a 5 string? And how much are they, and how does one obtain one? Thanks.

David, its koa on a mahogany body not walnut although I do have an interesting slab of crotch walnut that I hope to break into in a couple months.

The raffle is in limbo. Its an IRS thing but I'm sure it will be widely publicized when its sorted out.

Chief, see my website. I'm kind of in limbo when it comes to taking orders.

I really like the one on the left, including headstock shape and colour - hope that design becomes one of your standard instruments Andrew

Yes, that seems to be the most popular. Thats Paul's mandolin and he specifically requested the snakehead style headstock. You can't tell but it will be two on a side tuners. I've been working on an arch top version too. Also, trying to nail down the best way to join the neck and body. By next week I will have finished my backlog, so I hope to spend a little time getting the website cleaned up and the new designs finalized.
