I will be using hide glue for the first time and am wondering what is the best method for clamping when gluing the plates to the sides. Jamie Wiens uses the same jig as Gibson shows on their Factory Tour. Jamie claimed on his old site he could glue and clamp in 25 seconds. Anybody willing to share their methods or jigs.

Use locating pins and a bunch of those one handed quick clamp things. You should be able to clamp in under 30 or you're not going to have a good join.
