That looks like a baglamas, a small Greek instrument related to the bouzouki, and tuned DAD.
Indeed it is.
I own one very similar to that one, they are playable but not fine instruments, sort of a step above a tourist wallhanging. I had to adjust the nut quite a bit - that wide plastic nut.
Do not pay too much for it - you can buy better ones if needed. However, with a bit of set-up, that one will work well and in spite of the lowish quality, sounds surprisingly good.

These are decent instruments and would be about the low end going rate for better grade baglamades.
As long as you pay less than 100-150 for that one, you're OK.

Also,thank you guy's for the quick and awesome help..you guys rock.
It is fairly easy to get pleasant sounds out of DAD tuned instruments, so that is a bonus. Of course there is room for complex, difficult playing on them as well.
