    Those are orchestral tubular bells.

    There are some instructions on how to build your own tubular bells, would be an interesting project if you had the equipment available.

    In the classical percussion world, these are called "chimes". I have an old Ludwig set. They are great fun and nothing else sounds the same. The hardest part is transporting them.
