Hello everyone. I recently received an old mandolin and am looking for any information on it that I can find. Maker, year and value?

Well it would help with way more info! Pix, Name, Label, #'s etc...
No way anyone can help you without pictures, and any names that are on it: label inside, logo on the headstock, etc.
Some "old mandolins" are worthless, some are worth perhaps $200 thousand. That's a wide range...

Right above this with all the icons, 3rd from the right, then post your pix. I think that's how ya do it, that would help with the ID of your goods!
Clearly it's a Regal.

I wouldn't rule out a Larson Bros connection just yet.

Good work, guys. I doubt that Strawberrygirl will ever again come here looking for help.

Boy! You guys gotta give this gal a break man! She don't know, we all were a bit novice from the start! I hope she takes all whats said as a grain of a salt and posts some info, she may have something special!
Very often new people forget they posted or can’t find the thread or even the site. I would not blame the banter. Many times people post questions and then disappear.

rcc56 and bluegrasser78, Have either of you PM'd strawberry offering help with posting pics, or to at least reassure that the kibbutzing is not meant to offend?
Thanks
She's been PM'd. No answer.

She may very well have forgotten that she posted anything here and, if so, probably doesn't have a clue how to get to PM either. Don't lose too much sleep over it. She wil come back or she won't.
