    Default Murphy Method

    Does anyone have any experience with the Murphy Method for mandolin. Is it good for beginners? does it teach fundamentals scales etc.

    The Murphy Method only teaches tunes and emphasizes learning by ear.

    Not so fast!

    The beginning Murphy Method videos emphasize learning tunes, but the intermediate and advanced videos teach techniques, etc.
