The Made in Japan Kentucky mandolin family tuners of the early 1980s have 3.25MM - 3.3MM square shafts. These shafts are larger than the 2.9MM square shaft replacement buttons offered by Stew-Mac for the Waverly tuners. Has anyone in the Mandolin Café community sourced correctly sized buttons for these vintage tuners? Anyone successfully enlarged the Waverly ivoroid buttons to fit these larger shafts? I am very puzzled. Thanks in advance. Sam Rawlins, Atlanta, GA
