    Question Friend of the Devil

    I am looking for the standard notation of Friend of the Devil that I can print. Anyone have this?

    I can't seem to find it right now, but do a search on the site for the Jerry Garcia songbook. Friend of the Devil is listed in there along with a bunch of others

    Take a look at The Bluegrass Fakebook for a melody line in standard notation, lyrics, and chords.

    Love southwest Colorado! Been decades though.

    When you're ready for a real challenge, try learning stuff by ear. Sometimes, learning to whistle along to the recording is step 1. After that if it's in your head, your fingers will find the notes. Singing the mandolin! That's the end game!

    No help for the topic, i know, but...my favorite area in Colorado.
