Bingo !....thanks Ron...love this guys work..
I had a few work trips to Bangkok some years ago and brought along a campfire mandolin.
I was thinking of getting a Mix / composit mandolin at the time but those projects tapered off..
wondering.... what kind of Mandolin can survive in Northern Thailand ?
    Thanks again..

    FYI

I discovered that google has this thing called Google Images, where you can search on an image. You up load or link an image and google can find where else the image has been posted, which often includes sites that can tell you what it is an image of, and a ton of information about the image. Sometimes all you get is a list of similar images, and other inessential information, like any search engine. Nothing is 100% but it is often useful.

I use often it to see where else an image has been posted of a particular mandolin I might want to buy.

I sent you a PM. My personal experiences of dealing with Peter Mix were lengthy and infuriatingly unsatisfying. Not something I'd go into in detail here.
