    LOL, well, yes it is currently sub-zero here. However, yesterday the local news featured some local gardens which each year declare the start of spring once they have a certain number of Magnolia flowers - and that was yesterday!

    Besides, they won't all be fully hatched for a few weeks yet... currently they're just pecking at their shells... lots and lots of rubbing and buffing to go yet.

    Snow on the ground here in Cambridgeshire. It's fighting the daffodils.

    Nice looking bodies there Tavy!

    What scale lengths do you use on the octaves and 5 strings?

    19" OM, std mandolin 13 7/8" on the 5 string mandolin.
