Default "Back To Back" -or- "Hold On, We're Strummin'"

Okay, okay, not really a very fair question because the players and the albums are great - but which is your preference, if you have one?

I love both of these albums and pretty much wear them out from time to time. When I'm working, I often put Back To Back by Jethro Burns and Tiny Moore into the rotation and savor every note, listening through some good earbuds. I've come to believe that you really need to hear those cats through headphones (or good head gear of some sort), and you'll be hooked for sure.

Tonight I had a three hour drive, and I dined on Back To Back followed by Hold On, We're Strumming, another favorite duo with Sam Bush and David Grisman. It may have been due to the road noise, or the particular stereo in my son's pickup truck, but >wow< the Bush/Grisman stuff really rocked. I could appreciate it more than Jethro & Tiny under those circumstances. Thus my premise ... or question. What's your preference? If neither of these, what other mandolin duo?

I should be pickin' rather than postin'
