    Default First song attempt.

I finally got my first song finished using nothing but my Crystal Forest jazz 5 string (with a DeArmond Rhythm Chief pickup)

Would love to hear everyone’s thoughts.

Thanks Terry! I can’t thank you enough for building such a fine instrument that allows me to experience myself musically. Without your willingness to build such a unique instrument this wouldn’t have been possible.

I glad to know you are enjoying Penelope. Makes all those hours if building her worth while.☺️

Thank you for the kind words. It was recorded on a four track cassette machine with the mandolin plugged straight in.

Really like that sound, Joey! I also like how the recording wasn't "polished." It gave it a really nice, "vintage" sound. Thanks for sharing.
