Any idea on when Bruce Weber stopped signing mandolins at Weber? Was he still signing them in 2016?

You could try asking Bruce Weber himself, at this link.
I sent him an email there, earlier. No answer yet. Thanks though. However, I contacted Kyle Dunn at the Mando Shop in Tallahassee, FL. He said Bruce Sr. stopped signing them in 2015. 2016 Bruce JR. took over the signing duties. Since then, no signature. I settled for a new, Bruce Jr. signed, wide nut Gallatin A-14. The price was only, very slightly over what a used one, with a standard nut is selling for. The last one Kyle had. Love that headstock.

FWIW... My Yellowstone is a '15 and it is signed by Bruce.

I have Bruce Jr. signed instruments that were received in 2017. I assume they had some pre-signed labels left.

Having a Bruce Jr. signed label after he left TWO means it was not inspected by Jr.. Does that effect the value of the mandolin?
I am not 100% sure when they were completed, just that I received them in 2017. I'll have to go through them and check the dates. Actually this one is dated 2016:

Which again, is in keeping with what Kyle Dunn at the Mando Shop told me. He stopped signing them after 2016. That one looks like July 2016. The one I purchased is March or April. I'd have to look again. 16315204. April 2016.
I recall in July of 2016, having a series of contacts by phone and email, with Weber Instruments about a recent purchase. On more than one occasion I spoke with or emailed both Crystal and/or Mary. I'm guessing they were still doing something with the company at that point.

The bad news is that what doesn't kill us makes us stronger. The good news is that what kills us makes it no longer our problem
Correct. I'm aware of that. This is a model that's been discontinued. The price is right, with a one week trial, and it is new, so it comes with the warranty. I anticipate no problems, as I've done business with the Mando Shop before. Kyle made sure to tell me that anything he had, with a build date, beyond 2016, in the Weber line, was unsigned. I was happy with his setup on the last mandolin I bought from him.

I just found this thread. I thought I would give it a bump . I recently bought my first Weber and I'm very interested in the program.
I signed up for the MAC deal https://www.montanalutherie.com/mandolin-authority/.
I am hoping to send my 2010 Bruce signed, Bitterroot Custom Oval F to him for his certification package. Just for my peace of mind. Loving it as it is.

Giving this another try.
Lou,
That is a dine looking oval hole. Bruce will treat you right with the certification. I will be seeing Bruce tomorrow and talking about an upcoming build. He and Mary a great people.
So far I have seen no one make a claim of decline in Weber mandolins. Quite the opposite. So why it would be a topic for conversation escapes me. All the talk regarding left over labels just adds to the, for me, irrelevance of the topic.
There does not seem to be a lot of dealers bailing on Weber, so evaluate the instrument. Now going in the opposite direction, I've played Gibsons just pre Harvey and the identical model from the Harvey era, and that most certainly would be a signature I'd want, but from what I heard, I could tell which one I'd want if both were unsigned.
