Default circa 1930 Unlabeled (Schmidt, Galiano, Regal?) 12-string Guitar

This week’s unusual instrument is a circa 1930 unlabeled (Oscar Schmidt, Galiano, Regal ???) 12-string guitar. Solid ladder braced spruce top, solid birch back, trapeze tailpiece, 14 ¾” lower bout, 26” scale length, decalcomania ornament. A classic 12-string long scale blues guitar.

Skip James' Hard Times Killing Floor Blues, I believe? As featured in Oh Brother Where Art Thou?

Great instrument for that style of music.

Yep Killing Floor Blues is a cool tune...different tuning on the 12 string than on the movie soundtrack of course. That version from the movie is amazing.
